Terms of service

Anyone who adds or uses PicoBot in a server is deemed to have accepted these terms.
Usage
- The bot must be used in accordance with Discord Terms of Service ve Community Guidelines.
- It is prohibited to use the bot for harassment, spam, generating illegal content, or misleading others.
- Generating sexual, obscene, or adult (NSFW) content with the bot is prohibited (details below).
- Server administrators are responsible for bot settings and the commands they issue to the bot.
AI responses
AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. They should not be used as the sole source for important decisions.
Acceptable use (AI)
It is strictly prohibited to generate, request, or attempt to generate the following content using PicoBot's AI chat, voice conversation, and support assistant:
- Any sexual, obscene, pornographic, or adult (NSFW) content; including sexual roleplay.
- Any content involving or sexualizing minors.
- Hate speech, incitement to violence, harassment, or promotion of self-harm.
- Assistance with illegal activities, malware, fraud, or unauthorized sharing of personal data.
The AI is configured to refuse such requests. AI access for users and servers that violate this rule, including paid plans, may be terminated without a refund.
Plans
Paid plans are defined per server, sold with monthly or yearly subscriptions, and payments are processed by Creem as the registered merchant. Expired plans revert to Basic; settings are not deleted. In case of abuse, the plan may be terminated without a refund.
Service continuity
The bot is provided as-is. Efforts are made for uninterrupted operation, but no guarantee is provided for issues arising from Discord or third-party outages.
