What is PicoBot?
PicoBot is a free Discord bot built for Turkish communities: guard (anti-nuke and anti-raid), moderation, profanity filter, ad-free music and live radio, AI chat, economy, giveaways, support tickets, and daily backups all in one bot. Settings are managed via the web panel at picobot.pro.
Can I get the Pro plan for free?
Yes. Every vote you give our bot on Top.gg makes your server Pro for 25 hours; you can vote every 12 hours, and if you vote every day, Pro never expires. Before voting, type /vote in your server so the vote goes to that server. Also, get your custom invite link with /refer: if a friend adds the bot to a new server using this link, 1 day of Pro is added to your account; days accumulate and you can transfer them to any server you want.
How can I reach the bot developer?
Send a direct message (DM) to the bot on Discord: your message will be forwarded directly to the developer, and the reply will come via DM as well. You can also submit bugs and suggestions from the “Report bug / suggestion” page in the panel.
How do I add the bot to my server?
Click the “Add to server” button on the homepage, select your server, and authorize the permissions. The bot starts working as soon as it joins; you can configure settings later via the web dashboard.
What permissions does it need?
The bot does not require Administrator permission; the invite link only requests the permissions needed for its features (moderation, role and channel management, audit log, voice). For the guard system to be able to stop everyone, the bot's role must be at the very top of the role list.
Is it free?
The Basic plan is free: includes moderation, AutoMod, swear filter, music, welcome messages, and temporary channels. AI and advanced features are available in Pro and Unlimited plans.
Who can access the web dashboard?
Access is via Discord login. Moderators see logs and cases, administrators see settings, and the server owner sees everything. Permissions are synced from Discord's roles.
Does the AI perform actions on my behalf?
Only if the user has the required Discord permissions. Requests like “ban this person” from unauthorized users are rejected; actions like banning, kicking, and deleting channels require a confirmation button.
Is the music ad-supported?
No. It plays via song name or links from YouTube, SoundCloud, or Spotify; no ads are inserted.
Can I restore my server if something goes wrong?
Yes. The time machine backs up channels, roles, and permissions every day. You can return to any day you want with /backup restore. (Pro and Unlimited)
What is the early access gift?
PicoBot is new and constantly evolving. We are gifting 1 week of Pro to our first users. For every bug you report and we verify, and every suggestion we implement in our support server, we add +1 day of Unlimited to your server; once it ends, your current plan continues from where it left off.
Where is my data stored?
It is stored on the server where the bot operates; it is never sold or used for advertising. Details are in the privacy policy.
